**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

Our Nuclear Medicine Technologist:

- Performs both clinical and research nuclear medicine testing and therapeutic procedures including general studies, cardiac studies, and the computer interactions associated with these studies.
- Performs clinical instruction for nuclear medicine students and other personnel as needed.
- Contributes to the development of policies, procedures, standards and objectives, and quality assurance needs for the provision of Nuclear Medicine services.

**Hours:** Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, no weekends except call coverage.

Is required to take rotating call coverage, including evenings, weekends and holidays. More details - Call will be every 12 days. It will be 24 hours if it falls on a weekend (example - 7am Saturday through 7am Sunday) OR 14 hours if it falls on a weeknight (5pm-7am). You will receive call pay for carrying a pager and overtime and shift differentials if called in.

Equipment utilized includes 2 Philips digital PET/CT scanners, a GE Starguide SPECT/CT, a GE SPECT/CT, and more. We have Epic EMR and a Visage PACS system.

**SIGN ON BONUS & RELOCATION ELIGIBLE:**

External candidates who have not worked within the network in the past year are eligible for a hiring bonus of $10,000-15,000 depending on experience when hired into a full-time position. Amounts reflect gross pay, prior to applicable tax withholdings and deductions required by law.

Candidates joining us in a full-time Nuclear Medicine Tech position, from a distance that is greater than 50 miles from their previous role and home, are eligible for relocation assistance up to $9,200.
