Commission Rates: Your commission rate is based on your experience level: Entry-level (0-1 years experience): 10% of the agency's flat fee Junior Level (1-2 years experience): 15% of the agency's flat fee Mid-level (3-5 years experience): 18% of the agency's flat fee Senior-level (5+ years experience): 20% of the agency's flat fee Key Responsibilities: Utilize your own sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster) to identify and screen candidates, primarily for healthcare positions for hiring managers to submit to client. Present qualified candidates for internal review and maintain communication with clients throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Strong experience in recruitment is essential. Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster). Proven experience in recruitment or staffing with strong networking and candidate sourcing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple placements simultaneously.
