About the Opportunity:

• 100% Commission-based (1099 Independent Contractor): Enjoy the freedom of being your own boss while earning competitive commissions.

• Access to Job Req Dashboard: You will have a diverse range of 30+ open roles to choose from, primarily in healthcare with some opportunities in engineering, computer science, and other fields.

Commission Rates:

• Your commission rate is based on your experience level:

  • Entry-level (0-1 years experience): 10% of the agency's flat fee

  • Junior Level (1-2 years experience): 15% of the agency's flat fee

  • Mid-level (3-5 years experience): 18% of the agency's flat fee

  • Senior-level (5+ years experience): 20% of the agency's flat fee

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your own sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster) to identify and screen candidates, primarily for healthcare positions for hiring managers to submit to client.

• Present qualified candidates for internal review and maintain communication with clients throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or staffing with strong networking and candidate sourcing skills.

• Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster).

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple placements simultaneously.
